- We offer our customers the opportunity to report any problems via the customer portal. As always, we ask our customers to motivate any questions sufficiently and, if possible, to provide them with print screens, photos, ... in order to provide you with the best possible service.
- Telephone permanence is guaranteed for as long as possible.
In case of urgent problems or questions you will be put through to the employee in question or will be called back. This may cause some delay. - The mailbox support@food-it-solutions.com remains active.
- Interventions and site visits are limited to the bare essentials. We notice that the same attitude is adopted by our suppliers and partners.
Of course, our goal remains to guarantee our services as well as possible.
